"I love hockey because I didn't think of myself as an athlete but then I learned about street hockey and then I signed up for it and then everything felt easier. My coach was my old er brothers teacher when he was 4 and we have cute pictures often together. He taught where my mom works and we have known him ever since he helped when I want as good as everyone then I scored my first goal in a game. I have never been so attached to a sport and I have never been this happy in my life. An d my mom will never let me play professioan lice hockey so this is the closest I can get. I like hockey because my teammates support me and they have helped a lot. My favorite position is center because I have a chance of scoring a goal. I think it is good for me to continue playing hockey because I enjoy it and I will improve".
"I play in the APHL because it challenges me mentally and physically. When I'm about to play a big game, I get this feeling deep in my stomach. It a mix of excitement and nervousness. that's the stuff I love. Every weekend there is a game and when the season is over there is a tournament. At APHL, the games are awesome. Players are friendly, you learn sportsmanship and it doesnt matter if you win or loose. Everyone is in the league together. My APHL games are alwats the highlight of my weekend. If you join APHL I can assure and promise you that you'll have fun".
