No school? No problem! We offer exciting camps on days when school is out due to parent-teacher conferences, professional development days, or other breaks. We will provide a range of enriching programs for your child(ren) while they stay active and make new friends.

Below, please find a list of day camps for public and private schools, including camp dates and locations. All children ages 3–12 are welcome to attend any of these camps, regardless of which school they attend. For example, DCPS day camps are not limited to those attending DC public schools.

Please keep in mind that camps scheduled to take place at Westmoreland Hills Park are entirely outdoors. In case of severe weather, camp will be canceled and families will receive a full refund. ​​​​​​​​​​

​Milton School Day Camp Dates and Locations

Activities are largely sports-based. Sample activities include dodgeball, kickball, hockey, soccer, basketball, fencing, gaga ball, capture the flag, ultimate frisbee, and handball! As alternatives, we will also have arts & crafts activities and bracelet-making kits available for campers.

Eligibility: Camp is open to all students, ages 3 - 12. All are welcome! Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.​
​DCPS Day Camp Times (3 options!):

9 am - 12 pm for half-day campers; pick-up is 11:45 am - 12 pm

9 am - 3 pm for full-day campers; pick-up is 2:45 pm - 3 pm

9 am - 5 pm for full day + aftercare campers; pick-up is 4:45 pm - 5 pm

All Other Day Camp Times:

​​​Schedule: ​We organize our camp by grade. In the morning, each child remains with their designated group and move through three station activities. Examples of stations are basketball, fencing, and capture the flag! The afternoon is less structured - at this time, children are able to participate in their activity of choice. For example, if in the afternoon they wanted to make bracelets and then go to the gym for dodgeball, they are more than welcome! Please see below for our camp sample schedule.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
