Schedule and Dismissal

Your children will be escorted to our program by their homeroom teacher immediately after school (3:15).  Students are only allowed to eat nut-free snacks brought from home - we will not provide snacks. Snack time will be 3:15 - 3:30 pm. At 3:30 pm, once snack and check-in has been completed, students will be escorted to their assigned classroom by our instructor to begin the enrichment.

During the 2024–2025 school year, classes ran from 3:30 PM to 4:25 PM, after which students were escorted to the lobby by their instructor for dismissal. For the upcoming 2025–2026 school year, the program may be expanded to run from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

At the conclusion of the program, students enrolled in aftercare will be escorted directly to their aftercare provider. All other students will be taken to the main entrance for prompt dismissal at either 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM, depending on their scheduled end time.

Parents MUST sign out their students BEFORE picking them up. Please ensure that all pick-up persons are placed under the “Authorized Pick-Up” section when completing registration via TeamSnap.

Please inform us if your child(ren) will not attend ASEP or if someone other than an authorized person will pick up your child(ren) by emailing:

Registration

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis as classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Once a class reaches capacity, registrants will be placed on a waitlist. If space becomes available, registrants will be notified by email with next steps. If no response is received by the requested time, space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Late registrations are accepted if/when spaces are available, with potential late fees and with the permission of the instructor

Payment, Refund and Cancellation

Payment for classes is due in full to enroll in ASEP and can be made through TeamSnap. Please note TeamSnap charges a processing fee.

ASEP reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. Families will be notified via email of any cancelations and given the option of either switching into a different program or issued a refund for the canceled class.  If school or class is canceled due to inclement weather or other events, we will attempt to reschedule classes, but this is not guaranteed.

Refunds are given for regular session registrations canceled before the second class meeting of the session, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit and $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after the second ASEP class. There are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes.

Behavioral Expectations

Students are expected to be respectful and act in a manner appropriate for a school environment. Persistent behavioral issues will be addressed with parents and could result in dismissal from the ASEP session.
